AUSTIN MUSIC AWARD WINNERS 2008-2009
They only played twice before the voting started and their debut CD, "Divine Spirits, Holy Smoke" had only been released a few months before, but the 25 Smokin' Figurados managed to pick up Top 10 rankings in two categories in this year's Austin Music Awards, which was hosted by the Austin Chronicle.
